Union School District is seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Athletic Trainer to serve at Union High School. The successful candidate will provide injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to student-athletes while promoting health, safety, and wellness across all athletic programs.
Certified by the Board of Certification (BOC)
Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in Pennsylvania
Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or related field
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Provide on-site injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for student-athletes
Maintain accurate medical and injury documentation
Communicate and collaborate with coaches, school nurses, and physicians regarding student health and safety
Ensure compliance with PIAA and district athletic policies
Foster a positive, student-centered athletic environment focused on safety and performance
